The boys (and their mom/driver) were invited to a pre-screening of the movie “Brave” the night before it opened. The event was sponsored by Visit Scotland and featured Haggis chips, no joke.
They are no Roger Ebert, they give the plot away, but it’s a little confusing so no real spoiler. I will warn moms that the movie is fairly scary, my 6 yo (the stripper in the review) spent most of the movie on my lap asking “how do you KNOW it’s a happy ending?”
It’s actually the heartwarming story of a teenage girl and her mother making amends, I’d love to bring my 14 year old daughter, but I think I’d have to bribe her.
